Returns & Refund Policy
Order Cancellations
- Order cancellations may be accepted before processing/shipping, subject to our discretion.
- Some products/services may not be eligible for cancellation once the order is confirmed.
- Cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing the order.
Replacements
- Items cannot be returned after delivery is complete.
- If goods are damaged in transit or defective, you may request a replacement within 1 day of receiving the goods.
- We will validate and inspect before processing a replacement.
Refunds
- Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
- Applicable only for prepaid but undelivered, or damaged/defective items.
- You must notify us within 1 day of receiving goods with proof of damage.
- Refunds are processed after validation and quality checks.
